What do we specialize in?

We specialize in sourcing BRRR (Buy, Refurb, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) properties, refurbishing them, and providing serviced accommodations, among other services.

What is the investment process and how does it work?

Investors can join our standard email list by clicking the link to fill out the required information, or they can choose a bespoke option by completing an inquiry form for a callback. For the bespoke service, we require a £1,000 upfront fee, with our total service prices ranging from £3,000 to £5,000, depending on the deal. For larger deals, we charge a standard fee of 2%.

How long is the bespoke contract?

The bespoke contract lasts for 12 weeks. During this period, we gather your criteria and source properties that match. We will present you with up to three deals that meet your specifications. Once you are satisfied, we will require the remainder of the fee.

What if I’m not happy with any of the deals?

If you are not satisfied with any of the three deals presented to you over the 12 weeks, and they all meet your criteria without any valid reasons for rejection, we will retain the initial fee and move on.

What happens if you cannot match my criteria within the 12 weeks?

In this case, we will refund your initial £1,000 fee.
